Hosting and technical delivery
This site is delivered through Firebase Hosting and related Google Cloud infrastructure provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Requests necessarily process technical data such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser/device details, response status, and security logs. The purpose is reliable and secure delivery of the site. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in operating a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics by Google is initialized only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Before consent, the site does not initialize Analytics or send Analytics events. After consent, Google may process page URL, page title, device/browser data, approximate location, identifiers created by the service, and page-view measurements. The purpose is aggregate audience and content-use measurement. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Advertising personalization and email/form values are not part of this implementation.
Google Ireland Limited is the service provider. Processing may also occur outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards made available by Google, including applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. User-level Analytics event data is limited by policy to no more than two months; aggregate reports may remain longer.
Your analytics choice
The consent state is stored in local browser storage so the site can remember your decision. You can decline without losing site features. Use the “Privacy settings” control in the footer area to withdraw consent for future collection, or clear site data. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
No accounts, leads, or newsletter
The site does not offer accounts or accept checklist, contractor-lead, or other form submissions. The checklist downloads directly without collecting your name or email address. Newsletter subscriptions are disabled, no newsletter provider is connected, and no email addresses are collected for marketing.
Retention
Hosting and security logs are kept only for the periods applied by the hosting provider and as necessary to investigate reliability or abuse. The local consent choice remains until you change it, clear site data, or the site changes the consent implementation. Email correspondence sent directly to the controller is retained only as needed to answer the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Contact the controller using the email above. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Changes
This notice will be updated before any newsletter, lead form, account, advertising, or additional analytics purpose is enabled.
